Boxing Training

I've been training for the past few weeks at a boxing gym and I have found the experience to be a very good one. When I can't go to the gym, there are all kinds of conditioning activities that can increase performance as a boxer, and I've found the following Guide very useful. When I can't go to the gym I go and do some running with interval training as described in the guide. I had trained as a boxer in the past, from the beginning of grade 9 into grade 10 but decided to stop. On the off days, I often to run with my brother

I consider this type of training to be one of the best forms of conditioning available.
