I recently wrote a paper on the need for a standard document format in the Government of Canada. I called the paper Avoiding the Digital Fall of Babel: A need for Open Software Standards in the Government of Canada which I have made available in The Open Document Format or in html

I wanted to share a poster that I had made and had printed a while back. It is a Debian Logo with a mountain background that I made using some Unix terraforming program, the name of which I don't remember.

I wanted to briefly introduce my family

from left to right you have Julien my father, Dominic my little brother, my mother Simone, my brother Stephane who is the middle child, and me, I'm the oldest of the brothers.
I am also engaged to Joelle, on the left, and I have 3 dogs, oldest first Mocha, Cappucinno and Chai.

I've been training for the past few weeks at a boxing gym and I have found the experience to be a very good one. When I can't go to the gym, there are all kinds of conditioning activities that can increase performance as a boxer, and I've found the following Guide very useful. When I can't go to the gym I go and do some running with interval training as described in the guide. I had trained as a boxer in the past, from the beginning of grade 9 into grade 10 but decided to stop. On the off days, I often to run with my brother

I consider this type of training to be one of the best forms of conditioning available.
