Exercise Routine
I try to exercise once every 2 days at the minimum and given my busy
schedule, it is not always possible to get to the gym every couple of
days.
On days that I miss the gym, I do the following routine :
100 repetitions of one legged jumps for the right leg
100 repetitions of one legged jumps for the left leg
100 squats
100 split-squats
100 pushups
100 tricept pushups
100 leglifts
100 crunches
100 twists
I do all of these exercises as fast as I can and get a bit of a cardio
workout.
